Job Summary
NEXT Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to care for people with general, orthopedic, and neurologic conditions that impact daily life. As a NEXT Physical Therapist, you will be part of a team dedicated to Empowering People to Achieve Results through creative, compassionate care. The role emphasizes delivering outcomes by applying flexible, patient-centered therapy plans, engaging with patients through strong communication, and functioning with a high degree of independence. Locations include Oxford, FL, serving residents in independent, assisted, and memory care communities. The position offers flexible schedules and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, 401K with employer match, quarterly incentive plan, health benefits, and con-ed support.
Required Qualifications
- MUST HAVES: Be Outgoing, Personable and Confident
- Exceptional Communication Skills and Coachability
- Self Directed and Comfortable working Independently
- Working knowledge of Medicare documentation and billing/coding practices
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- A minimum of 2 years professional experience
- FL State Licensure
- Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association
