Educate residents, families, and caregivers on safety techniques and injury prevention, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries while ensuring compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
