Physical Therapist

Plan, organize, and render physical therapy services to patients of all ages with impairments, functional limitations, or changes in physical function resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. Provide prevention and wellness services, including screenings and health promotion. Communicate and document treatment results and patient progress toward established goals according to department policies. Serve as a resource person for the team and participate in the orientation of new staff therapists, physicians, and other health personnel. Work within practice guidelines defined by Oklahoma state law. Maintain a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and an active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license, obtaining BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Assist with day shift, part-time coverage at Hillcrest Medical Center's 656-bed facility.
