Job Summary
Evaluate residents to improve function, mobility, and quality of life through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and education on posture and body mechanics. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while collaborating closely with an experienced interdisciplinary care team. Complete accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory and company standards. Work within a supportive, mission-driven organization providing clinical services across nursing facilities, retirement communities, and home care settings in Bradenton, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans
- Ability to lift and assist patients as needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy
