Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed to provide in-home, patient-centered care across Springfield, MA and surrounding areas. Assist the supervising Physical Therapist with implementing treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities. Administer physical agents as permitted by state regulations (heat, cold, ultrasound, electrical stimulation), observe and document patient progress, educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety, maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, and comply with facility policies and state practice acts. Flexible schedule with signing bonus and opportunities for advancement; competitive pay with mileage reimbursement. Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts required; home health/outpatient PT experience preferred. Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
