Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients while maintaining medical documentation and conducting ongoing training on restorative techniques. Supervise therapist assistants and therapy students in direct patient care to execute plans of care per state practice acts and reimbursement regulations. Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and team members while ensuring all duties align with established medical practices, governmental requirements, and company policies. Uphold residents' rights with dignity and respect, fostering a cooperative environment through shared information and ethical behavior.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university
- Valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
