Physical Therapist - Harbour View Medical Center - PRN

Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to develop and revise treatment plans for outpatients, inpatients, pediatrics, and off-site locations. Deliver direct therapeutic interventions daily while providing instruction to patients and families. Maintain accurate electronic medical records documenting care, goals, and coordination of services. Supervise physical therapist assistants and ensure compliance with departmental policies, infection control, and safety standards. Maintain set productivity levels while meeting quality and departmental care standards.
