Job Summary
Physical Therapist in outpatient rehab at Hearthstone Nona Lakes, Orlando, FL, providing 1:1 patient care to residents in senior living communities. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and sports-related conditions, designing and implementing personalized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life, documenting progress in EMR, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. Must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and an active or eligible PT license; new graduates are welcome.
