Physical Therapist

Provide individualized physical therapy in an outpatient clinic setting, creating and implementing customized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and progress; maintain accurate documentation and patient records; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; stay current with best practices through ongoing education and training.
