Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapy services across home, facility, clinic, and Telehealth settings; conduct comprehensive physical assessments, gather health and psychosocial history, document findings, arrange referrals within the health team, educate patients and families, and participate in community education. Role requires compassionate care, strong communication, ability to interact with facilities and families, and flexibility to travel between offices and sites. Pelvic Health interest is preferred. Requires successful PT training, SC license, CPR, and minimum of one year of experience in the specialty; location includes Florence, SC with remote/telehealth components.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Physical Therapy training program
- A current license to practice in the state of SC
- Current CPR Certificate
- Must be able to travel between offices, facilities, and other places
- At least one year experience in the specialty field you are applying for
