Job Summary
Physical Therapist role providing patient care across homes, care facilities, clinics, and telehealth for patients in SC/GA/FL. Salary-based with guaranteed bonus opportunity in a full-time 8-hour schedule (8:00AM-5:00PM, Mon-Fri). Responsibilities include completing histories and assessments, health education and counseling, referrals to team members and community resources, ensuring patient privacy, and maintaining electronic documentation. Must hold PT degree, SC license, and CPR certification; travel between offices and facilities required. Pelvic health interest preferred. Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Physical Therapy training program
- Current license to practice in the state of SC
- Current CPR certificate
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Must be able to travel between offices and facilities
- Experience and/or interest in Pelvic Health preferred
