Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed to provide patient care across home visits, skilled facilities, clinics, and Telehealth in the PeeDee region (SC/GA/FL). Responsibilities include performing complete physical assessments, obtaining health histories, developing and implementing treatment plans, coordinating referrals, providing health education and counseling, maintaining documentation, and engaging in community education. Requires PT training and licensure in SC, CPR certification, and at least one year of relevant experience; travel between offices/locations is expected; full-time schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday) with potential for a monthly bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Physical Therapy training program and certified through the therapy state board
- A current license to practice in the state of SC
- Current CPR Certificate
- At least one year experience in the specialty field you are applying for
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices
