Physical Therapist - Greenwood

Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans based on medical referrals. Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and instruct patients on home exercise programs. Maintain accurate electronic documentation of all assessments, procedures, and interactions in compliance with federal, state, and professional regulations. Work extended periods at a video display terminal and perform physical activities including bending, reaching, and prolonged standing. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, current state licensure, and BLS certification.
