Job Summary
Conduct daily patient evaluations, administer therapeutic exercises and modalities, and formulate individualized treatment plans to improve pain tolerance and functional independence. Collect and record care data in the Prompt EMR, manage billing productivity, and oversee support staff including PTA and aides. Provide education on ADLs and community reintegration while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to adjust goals and discharge plans. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to regulatory guidelines for reimbursement systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in
- Completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR License
- Basic computer skills
- Works as a team member and individually with minimal supervision
- Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times

- Doctorate degree
- Experience/knowledge with an EMR software
- Excellent oral, written communication
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- 1 - 2 years: Physical Therapist
- Bachelors or better in Physical Therapy
