Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, utilizing the Pioneer of Geriatric House CallsTM model. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Drive rewarding patient outcomes while maintaining flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule. Full-time and part-time salaried positions are available, alongside PRN/Flex options paid per unit. Valid Physical Therapy licensure, an accredited degree, CPR certification, and basic computer literacy are required. New graduates may join the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
