Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Provide care to older adults in their communities as part of our pioneering Geriatric House Calls program. Schedule flexibility allows you to create, control, and alter your treatment plan. Full-time and part-time roles offer clinical and non-clinical career growth, unlimited continuing education access, and professional certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
