Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate clinically excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Deliver care to older adults in their communities through our Geriatric House Calls program, fostering a supportive clinical community. Schedule options include full-time, part-time, or PRN flex roles with M-F coverage from 9am to 3pm. We offer unlimited continuing education access, professional certification reimbursement, and a mentor program for new graduates. FOX is a clinician-operated private practice committed to flexibility and work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
