Job Summary
FOX Rehabilitation seeks Physical Therapists to provide 1:1, in-home geriatric physical therapy across NJ locations (Mays Landing, Vineland, Galloway) and in White Plains, NY. Full-time and Part-time options available, with PRN/Flex and H1B sponsorship for qualified candidates. Roles emphasize autonomous, clinically excellent interventions, flexible scheduling, and an interdisciplinary team approach to improve functional outcomes for older adults. Requires an active PT license, degree from an accredited PT program, CPR certification, and basic computer literacy. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
