Job Summary
Physical Therapist opportunity in Lee's Summit, MO offering in-home and senior-living care with optional telehealth components. Provide one-on-one PT to older adults in private residences and senior living communities, perform evaluations, develop individualized care plans, deliver evidence-based therapy, document in FOX’s EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Role supports autonomy with flexible scheduling and opportunities to treat clients at home or via telehealth when appropriate; includes multiple employment types (full-time, part-time, PRN). H1B sponsorship available for qualified clinicians. Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license and CPR certification. Start or continue meaningful clinical care delivering aging-in-place, mobility, and functional independence for older adults.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
