Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in their homes as part of FOX Rehabilitation's pioneering Geriatric House Calls program. Facilitate clinically excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes. Customize treatment schedules to support work-life balance while driving rewarding patient outcomes. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, current CPR certification, and basic computer literacy skills. Full-time and part-time positions offer unlimited continuing education access and professional certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
