Job Summary
Conduct geriatric house calls and provide one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in their communities. Deliver clinically excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes and abolishing ageism. Manage treatment schedules with flexibility to create, control, and alter your own hours. Required Qualifications
