Job Summary
Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences or senior living communities. Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment to support mobility, independence, and aging in place. Document in FOX’s EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary PT/OT/SLP/Fitness team, educate patients, caregivers, and staff, and offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access. Roles available include in-home and senior living care (full-time, part-time, and PRN/FOX Flex); H1B sponsorship available for qualified clinicians; opportunities for career advancement and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
