Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically excellent autonomous interventions. Drive rewarding patient outcomes through an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Create, control, and alter your treatment schedule with flexibility to shape your work-life balance. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, hold a degree from an accredited program, and possess current CPR certification. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with PRN coverage needed Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
