Physical Therapist - Greater Boston, MA

Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in-home or within senior living communities across the Greater Boston area, including private residences and senior living facilities. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, delivering evidence-based therapy sessions, documenting in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, Fitness Specialists), educating patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place, and providing telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility. FOX emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships, with in-home and senior living care pathways and optional telehealth components.
