Job Summary
Physical Therapist position in Bethlehem/Allentown/Stroudsburg/Milford, PA with FOX Rehabilitation. Provide 1:1 geriatric physical therapy in patients’ homes as part of a clinician-led team, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN work and potential H1B sponsorship for qualified candidates. New grads are supported through FOX’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality PT services, contributing to an interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes, and maintaining licensure, continuing education, and certification reimbursements. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
