Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in their homes, utilizing clinically excellent autonomous interventions to drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate interdisciplinary care within a supportive clinical community while maintaining flexibility to create and alter your treatment schedule. Available positions include full-time, part-time, and PRN/Flex roles with competitive compensation, including salary or paid per unit. FOX Rehabilitation offers an Emerging Professionals Mentor Program for new graduates, unlimited continuing education access, and professional certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
