Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Deliver care to older adults in their communities through our pioneer Geriatric House Calls program. Schedule flexibility allows you to create, control, and alter your treatment plan, with options for full-time/part-time salaried roles or PRN/PPU arrangements. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
