Job Summary
Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to a diverse patient population with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, building individualized treatment plans, administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, strengthening and mobility work, and functional rehab. Educate patients on home programs and safe progression between visits; complete accurate documentation in WebPT; collaborate with PTAs and other clinical team members. The clinic sees roughly 7–15 patients per day across ages 11–90 and operates with a small team of two Physical Therapists and two PTAs in a modern outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
