Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed in Belton, MO for a full-time outpatient orthopedic clinic. Role involves evaluating and treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions across a wide age range with a steady caseload (7–15 patients/day; ~160–190 visits/week). Responsibilities include complete evaluations, developing and adjusting treatment plans, providing therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, movement training, education on home exercises, accurate documentation, and collaboration with PTAs and team members. WebPT EMR used. Team comprises 2 PTs and 2 PTAs. Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills are essential. Schedule options include Four 10-hour days (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri), or Mon–Fri with varied hours; New graduates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
