Job Summary
Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to a diverse patient population; evaluate mobility, identify deficits, and create individualized treatment plans. Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation for orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions across ages 11–90. Monitor progress, adjust plans of care, educate patients on home exercises and safe movement, and document evaluations, treatment notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries in WebPT. Collaborate with a clinical team of Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to support patient outcomes in a modern outpatient clinic. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
