Job Summary
Provide physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient orthopedic clinic. Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, balance activities, gait training, and functional movement programs; educate patients on treatment plans and home exercise programs; monitor patient responses and update care plans as needed. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in WebPT and collaborate with PTAs and other clinical team members to support patient care across a broad age range (11–90).
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based outpatient setting
