Job Summary
Perform orthopedic and functional physical therapy examinations, reviewing patient history and movement limitations to develop individualized plans of care. Provide therapeutic exercise interventions targeting strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and functional performance while measuring progress and updating goals as needed. Deliver clear home exercise instructions and maintain organized clinical records to prepare patients for safe discharge. Work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, serving one to two patients per hour in an outpatient orthopedic practice in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida PT license
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or MSPT degree
- Outpatient Physical Therapist experience
- Previous exposure to orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- Comfortable managing a consistent outpatient patient schedule
