Job Summary
Outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist responsible for conducting initial evaluations, creating individualized care plans, and delivering interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, mobility work, and functional rehabilitation. Educate patients on home programs and prevention strategies; track progress and update treatment plans; document accurately in WebPT; collaborate with PTAs and clinical staff. Based in Raymore, MO, this full-time role welcomes new graduates and offers growth opportunities within a collaborative clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based outpatient setting
