Conduct physical therapy evaluations, plans, and implementation based on attending physicians' orders, assessments, and sound judgment. Organize and lead medically prescribed programs to restore function following disease, injury, or surgery, helping patients maximize performance within their capabilities. Maintain professional expertise and drive personal growth while ensuring patient safety through current CPR certification. No prior experience required; new graduates welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA approved school of physical therapy
- Eligible for licensure in the State of Indiana by the Indiana Health Professional Board
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- One year in an outpatient or acute care hospital setting
