Job Summary
Conduct detailed evaluations for patients of all ages, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, and develop individualized care plans tailored to recovery goals. Provide hands-on therapy using proven techniques and modalities while continuously monitoring progress to adjust treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and involve patients and families in the care process. Maintain clear documentation to meet hospital standards and billing requirements while safely operating and maintaining therapy equipment. Stay current with the latest trends in physical therapy and manage multiple patients efficiently under pressure. This role offers relocation assistance up to $7,500, housing for the first three months, and a competitive salary in Wolf Point, Montana.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program (baccalaureate, master's, or doctorate)
- Current BLS certification
- Expertise in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills
- Able to maintain a compassionate, patient-first approach
- Organized, flexible, and calm under pressure
- DPT preferred, with national licensure exam passed
