Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate clinically excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Deliver care to older adults in their communities through our Geriatric House Calls program. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with PRN/Flex positions paid per unit. We offer H1B sponsorship for qualified candidates and an Emerging Professionals Mentor Program for new grads. This clinician-operated private practice provides unlimited continuing education access, professional certification reimbursement, and the flexibility to create and alter your treatment schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
