Job Summary
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments, then develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques. Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and modalities while monitoring patient progress to adjust plans and maximize functional outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, injury prevention, and home exercise programs, and collaborate with physicians and PTAs to coordinate care. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. Monday–Friday daytime hours with a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus monthly RVU incentives and a $50,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered orthopedic rehabilitation
- Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona or license-eligible prior to start date
