Job Summary
Assess patients and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under general supervision. Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. Perform objective assessments and adhere to departmental policies and standards of treatment. Requires current Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, and ability to lift 50 lbs with prolonged standing. Full-time weekend schedule with $10,000 sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
- Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice
- BLS certified
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
- Must be available for weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Six months to one year experience is preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist
- Prefer experience with care for adult and geriatric patients
