Physical Therapist Full Time VNA

Evaluate and treat patients with sports, orthopedic, and physical disorders through discharge, directing treatment activities for patient assistants, rehabilitation aides, and co-op students. Provide comprehensive evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatments while organizing interdisciplinary care plans, establishing functional goals, and implementing evidence-based interventions. Manage documentation, billing, and charge capture to meet productivity standards, ensuring accurate discharge and handoff communication. Maintain infection control and patient safety practices while delivering compassionate education and home exercise programs. Work full-time, 40 hours Monday through Friday, including one weekend day and rotating holiday per month.
