Job Summary
Physical Therapist provides patient assessment and intervention for pediatric populations; develops treatment plans with patient/family; participates in interdisciplinary treatment programs and collaborates with others to deliver therapy services; administers procedures and initiates discharge planning; evaluates functional abilities using objective tests and measures; identifies functional goals and develops plans in collaboration with patient/family; uses objective data to optimize therapy outcomes; assesses need for assistive technology; LICENSURE in Pennsylvania and NBCOT credential required; 40 hours per week, full-time; pediatric-focused experience and credentialing with insurers are preferred; benefits and professional development opportunities provided.
Required Qualifications
- BS, MS, certificate, MPT, or DPT from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania
- Must be registered with NBCOT
- Pediatric affiliation or pediatric experience preferred
- Minimum of one year of pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with outpatient coding and billing preferred
- Credentialing with in-state insurance providers preferred
- Act 33/34 Clearances
- FBI Clearance
- Current and valid certification in CPR and First Aid
