Job Summary
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for the geriatric population in senior-living and post-acute settings. Deliver hands-on care that promotes recovery and quality of life while supervising Physical Therapist Assistants. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and maintain documentation and productivity standards with excellence. This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and includes tuition/CEU reimbursement, PTO, and employer-paid stock options for full-time employees at Victorian Village. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license
