Job Summary
Outpatient Physical Therapist available at Essentia Health with a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm; weekend on-call 4-5x/year) across Sandstone and Hinckley clinics. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, providing patient and caregiver education, discharge planning, and handling administrative duties (documentation, billing, scheduling). Collaborates with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes; may serve as clinical instructor and participate in department/therapy committees; flexible to work across departments as needed. Requires current licensure in Minnesota and licensure-related expenses are supported; sign-on bonus of $20,000 offered for eligible candidates. Required Qualifications
- Current license in Minnesota
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MS/BA in PT) from an accredited program
- Eligibility to practice physical therapy in Minnesota
