Physical Therapist - Full Time/Part Time

Conduct physical therapy services for residents in independent and assisted living populations, with flexibility to float to skilled nursing when needed. Perform in-home appointments on campus and offer concurrent or group treatments as preferred. Maintain an active Florida physical therapy license and complete specialized on-site training during paid hours, eligible for CEUs. Support prevention and holistic care within a slower-paced, clinically driven environment. Full-time or part-time roles available with a $2,000 sign-on bonus split over six months and one year.
