Physical Therapist Full-Time

Staff Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients, develops and implements individualized treatment plans with physician approval, delivers care per physician orders, supervises Physical Therapy Assistants, maintains thorough documentation, participates in interdisciplinary meetings, and provides caregiver education for post-discharge care. The role includes DME ordering assistance, equipment maintenance, and in-service education for facility staff. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential; relocation to Porterville, CA may be required.
