Job Summary
Outpatient orthopedic physical therapist providing patient-centered evaluations and plans of care in an outpatient clinic; deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments, utilize EMR and outcomes data to guide clinical decisions, complete accurate documentation, and collaborate with the clinical/admin team to support clinic success. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in South Carolina
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
