Job Summary
Outpatient orthopedic clinic in Columbia, SC seeks a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to provide patient-centered care, perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based therapies. Role involves using EMR and outcomes data to guide clinical decisions, completing accurate documentation, collaborating with clinical and administrative teams, and participating in residency/mentorship opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in South Carolina
