Physical Therapist - Full-time Outpatient Adult at MedStar Georgetown UniversityHospital

Conduct direct physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and re-evaluations for adult patients, including assessment of functioning, goal setting, discharge planning, and patient/family education. Manage treatment plan progression and therapeutic interventions while collaborating with physicians, patients, and the broader healthcare team. Supervise physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation technicians, coordinate departmental schedules, and actively participate in clinical meetings, rounds, and in-services. Adhere to all Department of Health and Joint Commission regulations. Maintain professional competency through annual continuing education and yearly staff in-services.
