Job Summary
Provide inclusive, hands-on care in outpatient clinics by evaluating patients and developing personalized plans of care. Leverage tech tools and outcome data to guide clinical decisions while clearly documenting evaluations and treatments. Collaborate with teammates to grow clinic culture and skills. Work flexible schedules including early, late, or condensed weeks within a network of outpatient clinics serving communities across 10 states.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
