Physical Therapist - Full-time-Newly Increase Pay Scale

Conduct individual patient therapy regimens while performing initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments. Set goals, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient responses to modify therapy as needed. Teach and counsel patients and families, then participate in discharge planning including placement, education, and adaptive equipment coordination. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and PT/PTA students while completing appropriate documentation per department policies. Promote continuous quality improvement and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs through cooperative efforts.
