Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for a full-time role serving patients in skilled nursing settings. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve movement, mobility, and function, coordinating with the care team, and providing patient and family education. Eligible candidates hold a PT degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an APTA-accredited program, possess an active state license, and may need BLS. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA

- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings is preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, with potential for staggered shifts
